I am an experienced baby and family photographer, creating beautiful and natural photos of your baby, toddler or your twins either at your home, outdoors or in the studio in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. As a mother of twin boys I remember fondly how beautiful and precious a new-born is, how quickly they grow and their personalities develop. The way a baby smiles or uses its tiny fingers to communicate is unique. Your baby’s special traits and endearing personality reflect you and your family.

I will capture these special moments, a snapshot of family history to endure forever, well beyond the sleepless nights!

BEFORE THE SESSION

Prior to the shoot we will discuss your requirements. I can take the pictures in the comfort of your home or I can set up a studio in my home. Alternatively, depending on the age of your baby and the weather, we can take the photographs in your garden or a park.

My aim is to create a relaxed atmosphere for you and your baby to enjoy the shoot. Normally the session lasts between 1-2 hours when I will take a minimum of 50 images. There will be time for a feed and a nappy change and it doesn’t matter if the baby is asleep or awake during the session. My emphasis is on high quality images, an exceptional service and value for money. I want you to enjoy the images for a lifetime.

I live in Rickmansworth, West Hertfordshire and the session fee covers a radius of 15 miles which includes parts of Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Middlesex and London. For sessions further away or abroad a surcharge applies.

AFTER THE SESSION

I edit and upload a selection of images of the photo session within 10 days on a secure web gallery. The gallery will be accessible for 4 weeks.

You can create a list of your favourite images online in your own time and contact me to discuss the products and the final order. All the images are available in colour or black and white.

Alternatively, we can arrange a viewing for you to select your photographs, frames and album with me and I will advise you on the best presentation. I work with an excellent supplier of high quality frames and coffee table books to give you the best finish to your photographs. After you have made your selection, I will edit the images and remove any blemishes.The photos from the session will be accessible for a period of one year after purchase.

PAYMENT

Once we have agreed a date for the photo shoot, a deposit is payable to secure your booking. Please contact me as soon as possible if you have to cancel, so that we can re-arrange the session for a later date. Payment for the photos can be made by bank transfer, cheque or online by PayPal/credit card.

Option 1 – Photo Shoot in Chorleywood £ 175

Come and visit me in Chorleywood, a beautiful area on the border of the Chilterns within easy reach of London on the Metropolitan Line and M25 – ideal when you want to celebrate the first birthday of your baby or a photo shoot with your family. The package is available weekdays and covers the session fee and 5 of your favourite pictures.

45 minute photo session (on location or studio) in Chorleywood,WD3, Hertfordshire
Available weekdays or subscribe to my newsletter or social media for exclusive weekend sessions (bluebells, summer, autumn)
Includes 5 high quality edited photos as digital images or prints (7″x5″)
A private web gallery with (20+) images, to view and select your pictures
Option to buy additional digital photos, frames and albums or upgrade to one of the digital packages (option 2)

Option 2 – The Digital Packages from £ 325

My digital packages are very popular with families because they give you lots of flexibility and you can share the images with your family and friends.I come to a location of your choice for example your home or your favourite park. During the consultation we discuss what you have in mind, may be a more formal style or reportage style images of your baby and family ? whatever you prefer. Choose your favourite package once you have seen your pictures.

£ 599 – all the photos as above plus a 12×16 frame or a bespoke photo book (8×8″, 10 pages)
