BLUEBELL PHOTO SESSION IN CHORLEYWOOD 2024
The Bluebell Season 2024 is starting soon, end of April, join me for a Bluebell Photo Shoot in Herts and Bucks, the booking now open.
They consist of a bespoke outdoor photo shoot of your baby, toddler, children – or even the whole family – taken in the stunning bluebell woods around Chorleywood in Hertfordshire. This carpet of blue flowers creates one of the most beautiful natural backdrops I’ve ever worked with.
The sessions last around 45 minutes and this year I am holding them on Saturday 27th April and Sunday 28th April.
The cost per session is £195, which includes five digital or printed photographs that you can select personally from a choice of over 20 images. Of course, you can also upgrade to a digital package or buy extras – a wide variety of products and a package with all the digital images is available. The £ 95 deposit is transferable to another date in case we have to postpone because of illness or heavy rain.

What’s included, how do I pay and can we bring the grandparents ?
The £195 price (£95 deposit payable online in advance) includes the 45-minute photo shoot itself plus five photographs – either 7 x 5 inch prints or digital images or a mix of print/digital – that you can select from a private gallery that I will create for you online. This package is for up to 6 people. For larger groups or a photo shoot with the grandparents please choose the digital packages from £ 345.
Where exactly are the sessions held?
They are held in Chorleywood, near Rickmansworth in Hertfordshire. You can get there by car (free parking available) or public transport (London Underground Metropolitan Line and Chiltern Railways). I will let you know the precise location when you make your booking.
Can I buy extra photos if I want?
Yes, of course. You can buy additional prints in a range of sizes and additional digital images. You can also buy large frames, for example a 12″x16″ acrylic frame or a beautiful photographic book or upgrade to a bespoke digital collection with all the images of the session (see option 2).
What should we wear?
I recommend plain colours in light shades, matching the strong blue and green background, which work best on all age groups. I will send you a link to my Pinterest page for more ideas.
What happens if it rains ?
Light rain is unlikely to cause us much bother but if it rains heavily, we’ll reschedule.
What happens if we can't go ahead because of illness ?
Cancellation – The deposit is transferable to another date, or a voucher valid for 1 year. Please contact me if a member of your family gets ill as early as possible, so that we can reschedule the photo shoot at no extra cost.
